Our qualified coaches are sensitive to children’s individual abilities and personalities as they mature, and can help guide you and your child to the most appropriate group. Children can enter our program at any age and begin building the skills that will help them be successful now and in the future.
Much like learning any skill, the earlier you start, the easier it is. And the more you stay with it, the more successful you are.
Children have a great time progressing through our unique, friendly & non-competitive classes designed to provide increased skill development as they mature.

TUMBLE TOTS: GYMNASTICS for Crawlers up to 5 year olds
Educational research tells us that children learn best by exploring and discovering their abilities through physical activity and play.
Tumble Tots offers a fun and educational ‘Movement Program’ for crawlers up to 5 year olds in Cohuna.
Structured classes and Play sessions available during school terms only.
Tumble Tots strives to enable all children to experience endless movement opportunities and be encouraged to think, play, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies and in turn build their coordination and confidence.
Tumble Tots promotes the active participation of the child's mother, father or carer.

Blue Group: Age 5-8 year olds
Little people FUN GYM & FUNDAMENTALS OF GYM SKILLS!
Warm up to music following Carol and Montana.
Blue Group children then complete a large CIRCUIT utilising all of the gym equipment, guided by the coaches.
Dominant Movement Patterns (DMP) included every session - Statics, Spring, Landing, Rotation, Swing & Locomotion.
Gym skills: Static shapes, shape jumping, safe landings, balancing, egg rolls, sausage rolls, forwards rolls, backwards rolls, bunny hops, donkey handstands, scorpion handstands, handstands PLUS MORE!
Equipment: 1 Air Track - 10m, Large carpeted area, Foam Shapes, Mini Trampoline, Balance Beam, Cylinders, Rainbows, Crash Mats, Skipping Ropes, Hoops, Balls, Ribbons, Sensory Stepping Stones, Bilibos, PLUS MORE!
Along with teaching Gymnastic skills, we include activities designed to improve strength, flexibility, coordination & fitness, whilst building your child's confidence, ability to take calculated risks, develop life skills such as discipline and resilience.
CLASS TIME: TBC
$15 for the first class with no obligation to join for the remainder of the term.

The balance of the term fees is due at your SECOND visit if you decide on a term enrolment. (Please remember - there is no obligation to join AFTER your first class)
No uniform required, however, Palmer's Gym tshirts and singlets are available to purchase from the Office. Prices start from $22.00.

Children in Green Group have the option of participating in Interclub Competitions throughout the year.
Once your child has mastered the skills required (gym skills, ability to follow instructions, gym awareness and attitude) to complete Green Group, they will be invited to join Gold Group.
